I've had my Incredible for about 2 months now (lost my Droid at Comic Con, bought this one off Craigslist for a quick $80) and I love it, no complaints. But lately it overall seems laggy, and I have to tap the screen 2-3 times to get it to register what I want.
Any advice? I'm eligible for an upgrade but there's nothing wrong with my phone except for this, plus nothing is really wow-ing me at Verizon right now.
