Screen vibration

Ok so I know this was mentioned a little while back that somebody was saying that they were having problems with the screen vibration when typing and other stuff. Now I have been having this problem on and off for a little while with the screen vibration not working quite often to the point where its happening multiple times a day. Itll stop working and then start working again when it wants to. Anyone else having this problem? I noticed it started happening around the first official GB release that got pulled. So I'm not sure if it is software related or if the device is defective.

Any input?

I actually turned mine off. I use swype, so I don't have to wait to feel anything vibrate for texting anyway, and it was more of an annoyance for me having it vibrate with every single touch. That, and just figured it might (even a tiny bit) help out my battery even more, by not having the motor constantly going on and off with touches.

But even beforehand, mine never gave any indication of any problems.

I noticed this too after the first GB update.. I've just gotten used to it without the vibration.. even though in my settings it's set to vibrate..

I don't have the GB update yet. In fact I'm extremely pissed about it but that's another story. I've had issues with the haptic feedback working intermittently too. I was hoping the GB might fix that too but from the looks of things the GB update may have caused peoeple to have the issue where before they did not. I don't have a solution but wanted to say you're not the only one with the problem. Trying to get anything out of HTC or Verizon is worse than being a dentist
