Help Screen will not time out

I first had this issue when I got my TB home from the store. I restarted the phone and it seemed to fix itself. However, last night the battery was down to 5% before I plugged it in for the night. Now this morning, the issue has returned. I have to hit the power button if I want to make the screen turn off. I know it seems like a small issue but shouldn't something work like it should when you expect it to? Just wondering if anyone out there is experiencing the same issue and what they did to fix it. Thanks.

Mine did this on launch day. I believe it has something to do with the low power settings. I disabled power saver mode and it went away.
