Hi all I am a new owner of a moment and was just wondering if anyone had encountered an issue I am having with my phone.
Sometimes my phone will not go into standby mode where the screen shuts off even after using a task killer program. I can resolve it by rebooting the phone it seems to happen later in the day after the phone has been on a while also I noticed if I get a text message when I am encountering this issue the screen will turn on as well and stay on without following the 30 second timeout rule I have set for the phone.
I recently did a reset of the phone as well as doing the update on the sprint website hopefully it will work.
Is it just an app that keeping my phone awake that I am missing or could it be the indicator of another issue?
