Help Screen wont brighten

Why is my htc desire 610 screen showing dim and wont brighten even if i turn up brightness

Its on dim wen i try n put it on bright it stays d same way,try n put on d dim or bright it stays d same like its on dim

If you have a phone that has adaptive brightness make sure to turn that off. Even if you change the brightness slider this option will still persist.

Could your battery be super low?? That would do it too.

I dont tink so n if it doe how do i turn it off?its a htc desire 610 n no even if its full charge srill d same

If the device is normal brightness on the boot screen and goes darker when fully running, it's a setting. If it's dark all of the way through the process, it's hardware failure

Tried brightenin screen from there but doesnt make a difference,only recenty screen started doing that

Its dark all d way through process,how can this be resolved??

I'm afraid it's likely the screen will need to be replaced.

I've moved your thread over here to the HTC Desire 610 area for you...I'm hoping another member with a 610 who has experienced the same issue or replaced their screen might weigh-in and also give some excellent advice.
