Help Screen wont shut down when on charger

When I plug my phone into the charger the screen comes on and never turns off. Is this happening to anyone else ? It isn't a huge deal because it is on the charger but kind of annoying.

You have a setting wrong, I have seen this in a menu where you can keep the screen awake while charging.

My phone is off for the night ill check the exact menu for it tommorow and repost.
