Help Screenshot now available?

Hi All!

My very first post/thread on these forums so be nice...

After installing the new software Android 2.3.5 I was playing about with the phone not really knowing what I was doing exploring the new software and I accidently 'screenshotted' my screen!

Does anyone know actually how to do this as I've tried multiple ways since and have had no luck

Anyone else experience this?

a friend mentioned being able to do this on his unrooted sensation. Something to do with the power button and home key.

Whatever it was it didn't work on my Desire S (but i'm not running 2.3.5)

It's such a useful feature I don't see why it hasn't been implemented already!

I'm trying literally everything and as of yet no luck :(

But I do have the screen shot in my camera shots...

apparently just pressing the power and home key at the same time does it on the Sensation

Thanks again :)

Just power button + home button should work if you have sense 3.0.

Thanks, it does work, but I find it a bit cumbersome, I seem to be able to do it 1 time in every 4 or 5. I either hit the home or lock the screen lol. There must be a simpler combination of buttons than this...
