Help screenshot problem

Every time I take a screen shot and send it to someone its looks blurry to them but on my side it looks normal. Is there a setting that I'm not seeing or is that normal?

I believe some android handset will show up either blurry or super small when being sent a screenshot. That's because it's probably a png file.

U can change it but it's still going to be small cause it was sent as a png file.
