Just got my phone hours ago (customized teak, black front, red accents) so I haven't had a chance to really customize it, plus I've been on Windows Mobile for about a year...
Quick request: please post where you got your backgrounds, skins, etc.
I'm actually looking for a launcher that mimicks the Live Tiles found on WM8.1, but I guess we'd need dev support for individual icon customization.
FWIW, I was really surprised at how quickly I got the phone. Ordered on Friday December 12th, was delivered on Tuesday the 15th, straight from China, as per tracking info.
All stock icons, clock/weather widget from HD Widgets. Background from:

I use different launchers depending on my mood. The above theme and launcher is from Buzz launcher. The launcher you can get at the play store and here is the Buzz website.

Your background on your home screen looks like Chicago.

Does it? Haven't been to the windy city myself...

Cool icons, where did you get them?

There Glyph icons made by Tokem. Unfortunately I can't find the original source, seems like he removed it.
There are some similar sets floating around such as this: http://fav.me/d7xb9vj

Today's home screen. I love the "suede" feel of the background.
