Help Screwed up a flash, Help?

[FREAK656]

Ok So I recently downloaded a new ROM and decided I didn't like it, I tried to flash my old ROM and forgot I installed voodoo...Now I can get to the recovery screen and the clockworkmod recovery screen but nothing else. If I just restart the phone then it just shows the word Vibrant till I turn it off. I tried just about everything in clockworkmod but nothing helped. I'm really trying to do this without odin.

So, any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try this. searched youtube, i dont know whats in it but its from a thread here.

what I personally did is i turned the phone off. then i held both the vol up and vol down buttons and then pushed the usb in to the phone (while it was connected to the comp) and then when the phone screen turns on let go of vol down and then it should put you in to boot loader mode.

I fixed it, I had to use Odin and go back to vanilla with an extreme loss of data...But I fixed it.
