Root screwed up major

I've recently rooted my lg marquee I then installed rom toolbox. as I was thumbing through romtoolbox I went to download roms! I wanted to lear about roms so I clicked on the superuser portion and when I clicked on superuser 3.0.6 it downloaded to my phone!!! oooops!! well then as it was in my notification bar I clicked it to see what it was and my phone started to download it!! now its stuck on a screen with a package with an arrow coming out of it and a little android caracter on it!! no mattter what I do that is all my phone will do! when I try to go to the recovery screen I get a message saying E:unknown volume for path [sd card;/romtoolbox/dop] E; cant mount sdcard; romtoolbox/downloads superuser SUPERuser3.0.6 etc... help please!!! is my phone unk now or is there something i can do??
 
could someone with a stock marquee.....PLEASE do a backup and post it??? I um, yeah......put my Marquee in a deep sleep. I need a copy of the boost rom ASAP.

I flashed the original firmware on mine after getting stuck in a boot loop...here's how I did it. This was done on Windows 7 Home Edition.

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm not responsible for any damage.

Download the firmware in KDZ form, here's the file:
LS855ZV9_11.S9_00.P60680.kdz

Make sure you've installed the USB drivers, here's the file:
LGUnitedMobileDriver_S4981MAN32AP22_ML_WHQL_Ver_3.2.1_2.exe

Download KDZ updater from xda-developers, here's the link:

Uncompress KDZ updater, and run the msxml.msi if you don't already have it.

Conect your phone. Do not turn on disk storage (charge only) and run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe (Needs administrator privelages).

Select 3GQCT - SmartPhone(WM)

In the KDZ file box, browse for and select the .KDZ file you downloaded earlier.

Click Launch Software Update

Leave the phone alone.

It may reboot several times, and could take up to 30 minutes. Mine took around 15-20 if I remember right.

Hopefully this works for you as well.
 
does this reset the marquee to stock uninstalling cwm, im trying to uninstall cwm for a software update(boost) and i tried running this and it said phone not found and usb debugging is on. plz help
