Root Scroll Type Launcher?

Does anyone know how to get the vertical "scroll" launcher, like in rubix and tranq? I use Liberty and would like to know how to get that. I messed around with ADW and i dont think that its in there. Any help would be great
 
i know that ADW has the option to scroll up and down vs side by side. If you use launcher pro it scrolls how you want by default
 
both ADW and LP have options to look like that just check the options more i dont have ADW to know exactly how to get to it but on LP its advanced use 3d app drawer
 
ahhh thats what its called, the app drawer, not launcher. thanks

p.s. does liberty use any type of launcher by default?
