I have had my samsung galaxy s2 for a while now, but recently it has stopped allowing me to choose between scrolling and non-scrolling when I am setting my wallpaper. I have even downloaded the "Wallpaper Wizardrii" app, but still when I select the scrolling option there it does not work. Any idea where this change came from or how to fix it?
Thanks!
