Root sd card and ext sd card help

so, i wanted to see if i could partition my ext sd card thru cwm. after i did just that, it now can not be found by my device or my pc..and in the esteems settings menu to format and mount the ext sd, it actually formatted the internal sdcard..and im still out a 16 gb ext sd card which wont format in windows, or thru my phone..
anyone know of a way to get back my 16 gig sd card?

sweet, thanks for the help nobody..i just decided to buy a new sd card, and cwm partitioning doesnt work.
and if you go to settings menu to format external sd card, it will actually format your internal sd card. so ya..thanks.
