Help SD card automatically unmounting and phone restarting automatically

In my LG optimus one P500 phone, the SD card is getting unmounted automatically and if i check the settings, it shows the space is unavailable. I dont know why this issue. Again after some time its working fine. and this issue happens three times in a week. And some time the phone is getting restarted automatically

I had same problem, i read about it being the SD card and to change to a class 6, so i changed my card to a 8 Gb Class 6 and it runs a lot better....It happens every now and again but not 2 or 3 times a day like it used to....There are other posts about this problem on the forum that might give you more info.....
