Help sd card blank

My incredible two says my SD card is blank or has an incompatible filesystem. I tried taking it out and putting it back in twice and also tried to reformat twice. Still in notification bar and won't let me use camera. Is it completely broken?

Try to reformat. If that doesn't work, I'd say you have a faulty card.

They should be able to give you a new SD if it's faulty. I believe it's covered under the warranty

Try reformatting in a PC perhaps??
