Root SD Card corrupted/won't format, phone won't odin

The SD card in my phone got corrupted somehow, and says it needs formatting. I tried formatting through the settings, but it didn't work. I tried to format through my computer and that failed too. I tried to odin my phone to Dl01 and that won't work either. Now I can't turn on my phone and have a corrupted SD card.. how the heck can I fix this??

The GB leak has caused many SD cards to fail. If you can't format the card then it must be bad.

went to verizon, phone still had warranty so they replaced it.
