Sd card damaged

Hi there! Glad I found this forum. I use a TWZ A002 Play tablet PC and have problems with my SD card. Sometimes just randomly it show that the SD card is damaged and that it needs to be formatted. However when I shut down the tablet and turn it on an hour later everything is fine. Sometimeas I can use the SD card for days until the "SD card damaged" pops up again. Should I format ot what should I do? Thanks

However when I stick the micro SD card in my PC at work it comes back normal. Any ideas?

Copy everything from it and format it move everything back on.
