Help SD card folder not recognized

I added a folder on to the SD card on my Iconia A100 using the usb conection to my PC. I can see the folder and move files to it, but my tablet wont recognize the folder. Any solutions?
 
Where did you actually put the folder? If you put it on an EXTERNAL card, then you need to find ext _sd.
Use a file explorer.

My Acer will show 2 different drives when I plug in the USB. The one that says SD card is the internal memory.
