Help SD Card for Xoom Wi-Fi?

I read somewhere that the new Zoom Wi-Fi only is ready for and will work with an SD card. Is this true and if so, where can I get info about it?

Unfortunately the stock Xoom WiFi does not yet have the ability to use it's SD card drive and, as such, the source of your info may well be incorrect. Sorry!

Now if you want to root the Xoom and load a custom kernel however...

There is still a question, however, as to whether or not this process is completely compatible with the WiFi Xoom.

I just my xoom and I am struggling with it I tried to get a video on it and I was told to transfer onto a sd card and that will work and the sd card wont work so you are saying that it is not active

after 3.2 update the xoom wifi model (and now 3G models ) can read FROM the SD card. they are not yet able to WRITE. you can connect your tablet up to a desktop machine and transfer files to the card that way.
