Help SD Card Fried?

Today my warp wouldn't recognize my SD card so i took it out and plugged it into the computer and it wouldn't pick it up either... has any one else has this happened to them before?


also the metal thing that's on top of the SD card when its in the phone got really hot today...

It happened to me too. I bought a cheap 32gb micro SD card and every time I tried to load more than 10gb onto it, it crashed. After about 4 attempts, it stopped working completely. I then discovered that there are different classes of SD cards. I think the faulty one was a class 4. I have now bought a class 10 Samsung 32gb SD card, and for the past month have had no problems at all.

yup had a 4GB sd just tits up on me, even got hot and made the phone(s) get hot.

Get a new 1. It's just trial and error. No one can be sure if the ad card is broken except the computer not picking it up is a good sign

your best best is saving for a class 10 sd card not the crappy class 4 (even thoug sadly thats what i have )

It was the stock SD card but i replaced it with my SD card that was in my old boost phone(no idea what the class is) and it works so i guess ill get a class 10 to be on the safe side

Where you able to recovery your pictures from the card? Is there away to recovery your pictures when this happens? My SD card did the same thing.Thanks Dana
