SD Card Issue.

I have a Galaxy S4 ( of course ) and one day my 32GB SD Card decided it didn't want to work anymore .-. ! So i was like okay then.. hmm I took the SD card out and put it in an adapter and into my computer, and it worked, it came up and everything was there... but when i put it in my phone it wont read it... I have no idea why... DO YOU? lol
 
I have an idea that there's something wrong with the phone, but without having it on the bench to test it I can't say what that might be.
 
I forgot to mention that i DID try it out on a different phone, and it didn't read it, either.

I've reformatted and done everything I know to it, but it still wont work on the phone, but it WILL work on the computer.. which is confusing me, so much loll
 
Is the SD card a SanDisk? If so, there are some known issues with some SanDisk Cards. Try a different branded card and see if that works.
 
I had the same thing happen to my 2 yrs old 32 GB Sandisk card, back in Dec. 2013. Card started unmounting on its own and then wouldn't work in my S4 or computer. Contacted SanDisk and returned my card to them for a new free one of the same type. No problems to report.
