I just started having this issue, seemingly out of nowhere. The only changes made to my system were switching from handcent to GoSMS and Swype to Swiftkey. Swiftkey had a few small hiccups when I first installed it, but I think that was because the trial was still installed.
Anyway, I started getting an error claiming the SD card was being mounted as read only. The error hasnt been appearing recently, but Im still noticing effects. Listen was telling me I had no SD card mounted, Music doesn't see any of my local tracks. Swiftkey also doesn't work, but I'm not sure if thats related.
I'm running stock Android 2.2.
