Help SD card moves all mp3s to LOST.dir

Hey guys,
So I just got a San disk class 4 32GB card for my RAZR M. I have tried using both a Mac and PC to put my music on the card, and I've gotten terrible results via both methods. The files are either totally nonexistent when I unplug my phone from the computer or they are all dumped into Androids LOST.dir folder.

I'm at the point of giving up.

I'm on 4.1.2. Got my RAZR m earlier this month. Any help would be great.

A good way to recover data from android phone SD card is to use android data recovery program, see this solution: Android phone file recovery

helped me before.

Usually a reboot of the phone should fix this.
