Help SD card not loading after RESET & WIFI not working

I have reset my Galaxy Fit when the phone became very slow. After resetting, the apps and data from SD card is not getting loaded onto the phone. The phone is showing the sd card used capacity as well as all apps in the 'My Files'. New apps from the market can be loaded and retrieved as well as new data can be loaded. However, old one is still unavailable. Please help me with solution.

Also, the wifi is not working.

Format the SD card. You lose averything on it so if you want the content save it first then copy back after the format.
