Hello,
I recently got a HTC Desire C. Also bought a new 4gb class 4 sd card to go with it but it is not recognized by the phone.
When i go into settings/storage the following options are greyed out and cannot be accessed:
Make more space
Mount storage card
Erase storage card
Storage card encryption
The memory card is new and has never been used. Ive done a factory reset and this did nothing. Taken out the battery and restarted, this did nothing.
Any ideas? I dont have a clue about android phones and dont know what to do.
