I used rom manager to partition my SD card so I could use Ginger Villian to move my apps to my SD card but they apps still save to internal memory and not my SD card, any answers would be great.

A bit of both. Are the apps really stored on internal memory or does the phone just say they are?
That's the whole point of A2SD ..... fooling the phone into thinking the app is somewhere where it isn't. Get Quick System Info for the truth.
