Is there any way possible to partition an SD card with this phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dangermouse353. I'm not certain why you would want to format the SD card but it's quite possible. You will lose everything on the SD card in the process.. so be advised.
Connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable with the phone in mass storage mode.
Select the SD card with the PC's file browser. Doing a right click on the SD card will give you the option to format as well as partition with your Windows tools.
