Help SD Card Problem / Updated

Okay.. I have more news on my card, so when I plug in the card, it says "SD card blank or had unsuporrted file system" When I try to format it on the phone nothing happens, when I plug it into the PC, under properties it says its 30.6mb, not 8GB.
 
Format it while you have it connected to the PC. Make sure you use a card reader and not connect it while it is sitting in the phone.

When I format, I get an error, it doesn't work, I tired SD card formatter also but it says it's write protected when it's not.

Make sure the write protection switch is securely set in RW position as on some card it may look like it is in RW position while it still makes the card RO.
