Help Sd card problem!

Sometimes my phone will have a triangle icon with a '!' inside it. It says SD card removed unexpectedly. but I didnt even open my phone's battery case. I have to restart my phone to fix it :O does this happen to anyone? Am i the only one? OR it may be my SD card problem :O

Connect it to your PC as a removable drive, copy all the data as a backup, disconnect, wait for the media scan to complete then unmount and reformat the card via Settings/Storage. If the error continues to appear then the cause could either be a faulty card or a problem with the card slot in the handset itself.
