Help sd card problem

i have recently bought a galaxy s4 my sandisk 16 gig sd card i had in it worked fine until about 2 weeks after i bought it. the phone is telling me its blank/ has an unsupported file system. i tried putting it into my computer but my computer is also not reading it and telling me i have to format it. i have alot of music and pictures on it. is there any way around this or am i gonna have to format it and lose everything

Call SanDisk. If there's a way to do it without losing your data, they'll know and tell you what to do. That's one reason that's the only kind of card I buy - great company to work with if you need help.

(Of course you should have that card backed up - at least to your computer and one cloud storage. Just in case ... oh ... the card goes bad? Some backup programs make it ieasy by having a scheduler. Be near wifi, have the phone turned on and go to sleep for the night.)
