So I took out my SD card from my phone and threw it in my tablet to do a couple root things (root irrelevant sort of) and i put it back into my phone and it freezes at the unlock screen. I have to pull the battery and end up turning it on then inserting the card and then it just never stops checking for errors. I put it back in my tablet only to find that file managers will not recognize it. Then I booted into clockwork recovery which recognized everything on the card. I dont have an sd card reader and I was just wondering if anything similar has ever happened to anyone else.
