Help SD card troubles

Hello, a few days ago, my phone randomly ejected my SD card. Ever since then, my phone hasn't been reading my card. The SD card is inserted, but i don't have the option to mount or unmount my SD card. I have a lot of music and pictures on there, but its only reads a fraction of them. Please help!!

Have you tried powering off the phone and re-seating the SD card (take it out and put it back in)?

I'd copy the SD card's contents to PC with a card reader.
If the data are okay, format the SD card on PC and write the contents back to the SD card.
Or, if the SD card is nearly full, write the contents back to a bigger new SD card.

yes, i have reset my phone multiple times and have reseated the sd card multiple times as well, and still the phone wont read or recognize that there is an SD card inserted.

Does a computer read the SD card? Are you running a custom ROM or stock? You might have temporarily broke your SD card and need to do the SD card fix to get it back.
