Help SD Card Usage

I am close to my ugrade date and was looking changing my HTC One XL for a one m8 but I have heard that you cant use the sd card for downloaded apps ? Is this true?

Moved - best way for that is the report button btw.

Anyway - putting apps on sd cards - Android dropped support for that years ago, that's not unique to the M8.

Unlike the limited app space allocated on your One XL, all of the 32 GB storage, minus the system, are available to use as you see fit. That's about 25.5 GB.

There are hacks for putting apps on sd cards but I've rarely seen people happy with the effort.
