I've tried formatting my 8GB SD card and everything. It just stopped working today...I just don't understand

SD cards aren't forever. They go Tango Uniform from time to time.

The key as above is it won't work in Anything.

Get a new one and from a known reliable source. There are probably as may fake SD cards as real ones.

Bruce in Ocala, FL

check out microcenter.com, they have great deals on sd cards. when i bought the spirit i got a 32gb from there for like 20 bucks.

How do i transfer apps from my internal memory to my sd card
Google has removed that feature because many apps are dependant on services that run in the background. If apps are in the external sd they will crash if the sd is unmounted. The sd card can be unmounted in different situations like plugging your phone to the PC. You also would not be able to remove the sd from phone without powering off first.

At the moment this can't be done and is not recommended.

I don't have all the details, but you can find a lot of this by googling.

just a quick question, my 8gb sd card did work in my phone, took it out, wanted to use it again, now it doesnt work!! it does, work in my daughters phone! why does it not work in mine now?

bnb25 is right, it might have rewrote itself to your daughters phone. I would try to save all data to your pc...reformat card on phone, then transfer all files back over

my 32 gb went bad once. Kept unmounting indefinitely. Formatted it on my pc, but to no avail. Transferred my files to my older 16 gb card, and no problems. After a week I tried my 32 gb again, and like magic it hasn't given any problems anymore.

I guess it needed a vacation :p. They were both sandisk btw
