Help SD card wont reinstall all games and apps after wipe

I'm having a slight problem and need some advice with reinstalling apps and my games from SD card. I have recently done the EXT4 wipe and installed leedriod 3.3. Before I used my SD card as a gold card I copied the contents to my pc. Then formated the SD card and put the contents back on there. Assuming it would all be fine. Google did reinstall some of my apps but not others. I always choose option to move to sd card with new games and apps I install as I don't want to use my phones memory. Today I did a ROM backup using Rom manager and I noticed that there where files in my SD card under the android secure folder, some of which Google didn't recover. Does this mean the games are still there and I can get them back somehow? Or if not how do I delete them do they are not using space on my sd card for something I'm not even using ???

Well thats has made things a bit more tidy. dont want those leftover bits of old programs hanging around..

I guess the games i had installed had all the save game data installed on the phone itself...
stupid really beacuse i did move them to sd card. why not keep it all in the same folder thats on the sd card... i dont understand this isnt windows.. but im still growing to like andriod more anyway haha thanks mate !
