Help SD card

I purchased a 64 G sd card and copied all the file from my old phone to my sd card. Now I am trying to move my apps to the sd card but when I open the applications manager and the app that I want to move to the sd card, I see no option to move it to the sd card.

How do I move apps to the sd card?

That is understandable. When I go to any of the apps and I try to import a backup, it will not list the sd card, yet it is mounted.

You can't unless you root. All apps will already be installed to the internal SD card on your phone. Your 64Gb external SD Card can be used for your music and films.

I have just rooted my note 2 and I still can not move any apps to the external sd card any help would be nice

It's for a good reason, like I said most apps won't work right if on the sd. And don't even think about widgets. Any app that is on the sd you won't be able to use the widgets for that app.

For the rooted people, download apps2sd. It will move the apps that are safe to move to the sd card
