What GB can the note 2 use? I have a 16GB now, but reaching the limit.
My phone is 16Gb on Verizon network.

Thanks

64GB and make sure it is a Class 10 card. This is the popular card most of us on this forum purchased from Amazon.com:

SanDisk Ultra 64 GB microSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card 30MB/s with Adapter SDSDQUA-064G-U46A

I agree, this sd card is very solid. I purchased it after reading the recommendations on here, and couldn't be happier. I got it for a great deal during cyber Monday through Amazon, and my only complaints were that it took 2 weeks to arrive, and the "frustration free" packaging was super annoying to open.

Agreed. I got mine for $50 from Amazon. Seems like Amazon, Best Buy and Radio Shack seem to have pretty good deals for this microSD card so might wanna check out all three for the best deal. Since these are very good and highly recommended, these tend to sell out pretty quickly.

$50 ($80 with Fedex shipping to Canada and tax) on Amazon vs $160+tax from Best Buy Canada for SanDisk 64GB micro SD. Enough said. Ordered mine Sun Dec 16 and it arrived this afternoon :D

I picked up a 32gb SanDisk Ultra. It cost me about $30 after taxes at Best Buy. They are running a sale on sd cards.

Anyone put files on the SD card BEFORE inserting into the Note 2 for the first time? It is just so much faster to put media files on it that way.

Hey guys I just picked up a 32GB MicroSD card but it is a class 4 I believe. What is the difference between the class 4 and 10?

The Samsung Note 2 has a quad-core processor and is capable of writing to and reading from the memory card very fast. A class 10 is the fastest speed card available right now. By getting something other than a class 10, you handicap the speed of your shiny, new device. It will work, but not at it's peak performance.

Essentially, you just bought your new Note 2 a helmet and called it "special". Just a little slower than the rest... :)
