HELLO.
How can I view the contents of an SD card on a HTC incredible

Hello dloomis!
You can either use the file browser on your phone, or plug it into your computer and view the files there.
Do you have the drivers installed for your device? They should install when you plug your device into your computer.

Welcome to the forums dloomis! Same thing Mikestony said, use the file explorer on your phone or simply put the sd-card in a usb reader and plug it into the pc, laptop. I Transfer pics, and roms that way!!

Plugging the phone in to the pc, laptop works just as well!!

Not sure what you mean by "file browser" on my phone

Some file browsers are named "Astro File Browser" or "My Files" or some app that can be opened to view the memory contents of the phone.
I am not familiar with your device, but there should be an app related to files somehow
