SanDisk is the best brand for any device. There are two manufacturers of the chips that go into the cards, a joint SanDisk/Toshiba plant (that produces SanDisk cards) and Samsung. SanDisk is a much easier firm to work with if you ever have a problem, and the price is about the same. (If you pay a few dollars more than you would for a Samsung card, it's worth the peace of mind.)

SanDisk isn't much more (if at all) more expensive than the same card in a Samsung. Samsung makes good chips. But if you ever have a problem, they're much more difficult to deal with than SanDisk is.
If you buy anyone else's card? Who knows what you're buying? A 64GB memory chip with loads of bad cells, with the card programmed to say it's 32GB? (And the card will keep failing, until part of that 32GB fails - probably right after the warranty runs out.) Or you can buy a "64GB Class 10" microSD card with adapter from a company listing on eBay, shipping from the US, for $12 including free 5 day shipping to the US (and it includes a card reader, which normally sells for a couple of bucks). Is it really Class 10? Is it really 64GB?
You can even get a "128GB, Class 10" card for $20.50 including shipping.
(And the guy in the alley will sell you a "genoo-wine Rolecks" for $25 too.)
As long as I keep my SD card backed up (and I do - to both Google Drive and Dropbox), if it's a SanDisk card I don't care if it fails. I'll be without a card for a few days.

I purchased a sandisk card today.
It fixed some problems I was having downloading apps.
The bad one I took out was a samsung card.
The problem it had was intermittent. When I checked sd card memory one time it would give me stats then other times it would say there was no sd card.
