SD chip "unmounts" itself after update

After the update, I am getting at least one SD card missing error per day.

I have seen it once in the last couple of days since I updated. Never happened before the update.

I've had that issue since before the update I believe in my case it is losing contact due to vibration.

I'm not running 2.3.6, so I don't have this issue, but those of you who do may want to try backing up your files and formatting your SD card. Can't hurt.

I am also experiencing this after the 2.3.6 update. I tried reformatting the sd card, and it still occurs. Anyone know if the custom ROMs based on 2.3.6 also have this problem?

I'm having the issue also. Never had it before the update, now it happens every couple of days.
