Root sdcard.... a special partition

Ok this may sound complicated or useless so i will try to word it properly for comprehension and interest
My external sdcard is formatted something like like this
P1......storage ....fat32
P2.....external apps....ext4
P3......swap...... Linux swap format

Ok pretty simple right.
Now i have an idea. It may not be possible or it maybe totally stupid or useless. But i still am curious about my idea.
.
So sometimes peoples phones or computers fail to read the p1 . And sometimes need to reformat and maybe the loose stuff.

So what if i had a
P4 ......fat32
And save extra copy of backups and apps incase for some reason p1 failed, corrupted and i forgot to save on my laptop or my laptop was stolen or broken.or maybe p1 needs reformat while i am fishing for three days and i want the data now.or my busybox goes haywire and wipes my sd when i turn on wifi or i,get drunk and have no clue what i am doing and wipe the card. Or download some virus or app with bad intent . Or loose the card or phone with my banking info and most people would think to look for a hidden partition

But the Vault P4 is intact

Can i get root explorer to read and write on that partition?

For some reason my phone decide to take a dump on my sdcard with my 1gb ext4 partition. Now it won't even recognize the card if I partition it outside the phone.
