SDCard is the built in (4Gig ?) that you have access to for files etc...
The SDCard-ext is the external micro sdcard you install in the battery compartment.
I routinely copy files back and forth between them. Some of the phone's internal apps
default to the internal sdcard, some you can choose.
Both can be formatted, only the external one can be dis-mounted.
