Help sdk manager help

ok i had to re install windows after a nasty virus i had sdk working fine now when i try to use sdk it say phone not found under device manager
i have a ? next to adb interface saying unknown device when i click on update driver it starts to update then it ends with fatal error where can i get the driver for it???thanks

update after numerous google search i found what was needed to make sdk work
this is if you are have problems like i did you need a proggy call ADB and you also need
