Help SE X10 mini pro message delay problems?

I'm an android/SE newbie, so excuse me if it's a dense question but:

I'm having problems with my X10 mini pro delaying text messages/not receiving messages in real time. I've had the same problem with the base messaging and the Handcent SMS messaging app. Has anyone else had this problem/got a solution?

I own a X10 mini pro, like you. I have the same problem sometimes. I restart my phone a few times then its gone.. But the problem appears every day for me..

But my carrier supports something about the x10 mini (pro)..
They say that, there are known issues with the SIM card, and they would send a new one if it appears..
