Search within the tablet

I couldn't figure out how to search the apps within the tablet. Google search just gives me the results for web searches and I don't see any option to access the apps from google search in the settings. Does anybody know what the right way is for this ?

I believe universal search was disabled in google search tool. There are apps in the market that will search your contents. Just search voice assistant, or voice search. They will pop up, read reviews & try a view out. Android voice xtreme does darn near everything, it's expensive but you can try it for 28 days free

Thanks for your reply. It makes no sense that they disabled universal search and it is pushed to use an app for that. How am I supposed to find the app I want to use in such a jungle. Anyways, thanks again.

They had no choice but to remove it from US version. Update added it back to international version (didn't need to be removed). Don't be mad at Samsung--this one is all Apple.

I loved that too, it is something I really miss, I just had to make a lot of folders, I even broke down my games into three folders. I added my most used stuff to my dock. ( I use Go launcher, so it makes it really easy)
