Root Searched: couldn't find a 100% confident answer (for me)

I rooted my wifes SF, installed CMR, super clean .4 ROM, and the purple theme (name escapes me right now). I have an X that I do all sorta stuff to, but the Samsung has me a little leary. i backed up immediately after installing CWM...can I "restore" back to the original ROM that I had prior to Super clean? or do I really have to do the whole ODIN thing?

Obviously I'd wipe data/cache before restoring...Thanks in advance!

Yes u can restore back to before the rom as long as the backup was made beforehand....nandroids are exact images of the system atm you make them
