Second Replacement on the way...

So I just called Verizon, my original Eris was returned because I couldn't answer calls before they went to voicemail, and now I have the silent speaker bug, I can't hear anyone on through the speaker and they can't hear me on the other side.
Has anyone had luck with the replacements? Maybe I'm just getting bad ones.
