Help Secondary Email Accounts don't notify

My sister's Inc 2 has multiple email accounts. However, she only gets notified when her primary account (as in the one she used to sign in to the phone) gets a new email. I don't remember enough about the phone to try to help, so hopefully someone her can. Thanks in advance!

She is totally stock, using the GMail app, not the HTC Mail app. All are set to sync mail with the phone

Go into each account and go to settings. The settings should be in there. Be sure to not have the box(es) checked to notify just once for new emails.

Fixed: She simply cleared the app data and rebooted and apparently it worked. Thanks for the help though
