Security Policy Update issues

There's two different things going on.
- There was in fact an error with WhatsApp accessing something it wasn't supposed to causing a Prevention popup.
- This is a Security Policy Update direct from Samsung that is being pushed out. Unfortunately the servers are backed up as noted earlier. http://www.geeky-gadgets.com/samsung-galaxy-s4-update-released-23-09-2013/.

Maybe WhatsApp doing whatever it did forced your phones to trigger an update request earlier than others as everyone else seems to have started getting it yesterday. So far I've only seen posts from people in the EU region though.

A friend of mine is a samsung rep, so I contacted him... He said its a well known issue with Samsung at the moment... (something to do with a launch of a new unlocking system for the Note3 where you can unlock with a signature!??) I am hoping it will be fixed in a few days time. The symbol in the corner is quite annoying... And it doesnt give me the option to hide it for 30 days...

I have the same proble, I rang Samsung today and they said due to so meny people downloading it there server has crashed and when its up and working again the download will work. Hope it helps

Disable this either through App Manager or Titanium Backup then restart the phone.

I know this is an old thread but can anyone tell me when the last time the Facebook app had an update? I only updated mine last night, but since it's been coming up with the same problem as others in this thread. How do I stop it from showing this message every time I log in to Facebook?
